Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Presales Consultant to play a key role in driving business growth. This role is critical in aligning customer needs with tailored solutions, contributing to business growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and customized proposals and presentations that address client needs.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to gather business inputs for proposals.
• Follow up on leads from the sales team and track their progress through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with customer expectations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs for clients.
• Keep updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
• Provide inputs for product improvement and positioning based on client feedback.
• Establish and optimize processes for managing presales activities.
• Develop templates, tools, and best practices to enhance productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in presales, business development, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple leads and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams effectively.
