Responsibilities

Session Delivery :

• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions based on the requirements of the learning and development program.
• Foster a collaborative learning environment, encouraging active participation and knowledge sharing among participants.
• Tailor sessions to cater to various learning styles and skill levels within the group.

Training Coordination :

• Plan and organize daily training sessions for freshers in the .NET technology stack.
• Coordinate with technical experts to ensure smooth execution of the training program.
• Manage schedules, resources, and logistics to optimize the learning experience for participants.

Technical Guidance:

• Provide hands-on technical guidance to freshers during training sessions.
• Assist in creating a comprehensive curriculum that covers key .NET concepts and industry best practices.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in .NET and related technologies to ensure the training content is up-to-date.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with participants, technical experts, and other stakeholders.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, addressing individual needs and concerns.

Progress Evaluation:

• Monitor and assess the progress of participants, providing constructive feedback and additional support as needed.
• Collaborate with technical experts to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make necessary adjustments.

Qualification:

• 2 years of experience as a Dot Net trainer.
• Expertise in .NET with a strong understanding of relevant technologies and frameworks.
• Previous experience in training or mentoring individuals, especially freshers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to evolving industry trends.
