Responsibilities

Session Delivery :

• Conduct engaging and comprehensive training sessions tailored to the learning and development program’s requirements.
• Foster an interactive and collaborative learning environment, promoting active participation and knowledge sharing.
• Adjust training sessions to accommodate various learning styles and skill levels within the participant group.

Training Coordination :

• Plan and oversee daily training sessions for freshers covering full-stack development.
• Collaborate with technical experts to ensure a seamless and effective training program.
• Manage schedules, resources, and logistics to optimize the learning experience for participants.

Technical Guidance:

• Provide hands-on technical guidance in both front-end (Angular/React) and back-end (Python/PHP) development during training sessions.
• Develop a comprehensive curriculum that encompasses key concepts and best practices in full-stack development.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in web development technologies to keep the training content current.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with participants, technical experts, and other stakeholders.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere, addressing individual needs and concerns.

Progress Evaluation:

• Monitor and evaluate participants’ progress, offering constructive feedback and additional support as required.
• Collaborate with technical experts to assess the training program’s effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Qualification:

• 2 years of experience as a full stack trainer.
• Expertise in full-stack development with expertise in either Angular or React for the front end and Python or PHP for the back end.
• Previous experience in training or mentoring individuals, particularly freshers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to evolving industry trends.
